Our story

I’m Cordelia Garza. Most people call me Corde.

Since I was a girl, I’ve felt the world very intensely. I learned early that, for me, being well wasn’t going to happen on its own. It would take intention.

After some difficult years, I built stability through small things: eating more mindfully, protecting my rest, putting my home in order, surrounding myself with beauty. Nothing spectacular. Just choices, repeated every day.

While living in Dallas, I started sharing it online, with no plan at all: a recipe, a corner of my home, a set table. Over time I also talked about what the photos didn’t show. That’s how HealthyCorde began: a community that grew because it felt accompanied.

When brands started asking me to promote them, I chose not to lend my name to things I didn’t live. I preferred to create on my own terms, even if it took longer.

Three projects grew from there

  • Editorial HealthyCorde

In 2020, in the middle of the pandemic, I independently published Mis Ensaladas, my first book. That became Editorial HealthyCorde: books made to stay with you longer, by me and by other voices.

  • Cool Pantry

The kitchen was always my starting point. Cool Pantry is a food brand that makes taking care of yourself feel like affection, not punishment.

  • The Ėditure

Over the years, the question I heard most was what I use, what I buy, what I choose. The Ėditure is my answer: a curated selection to help you choose better, with less noise.

    Less noise. Better choices.

I’m still learning, and still choosing, every day.

I’m not cured. I’m committed to myself.
